Playgrounds

Our community playground will create a welcoming, inclusive space where families gather, children play, and neighbors connect.

Clubhouse & Pool

The community will feature a semi-private clubhouse and pool that will serve as the welcoming place for neighbors to gather, dine, and connect. Memberships to the clubhouse will be available to the property owners adjacent to the Gemini Lakes development, creating opportunities for social engagement and enhancing the quality of life within the neighborhood.

Traffic Concerns

The project adds five access points to the neighborhood to ensure a smoother flow of traffic. All entrances are designed to help relieve congestion and maintain safe traffic flow.

These access points will connect to Royal Oak Dr., Country Club Dr., and Barna Ave., helping to decrease congestion on main thoroughfares.

Updated Features

The project's updated stormwater system, designed with community input, will prevent added flooding and improve water management for the neighborhood. Engineering models show there will be no negative offsite impact.
